But... What is Human-Centered Design (HCD)?

Simply put, HCD is about connecting people and technology through intuitive, accessible experiences that address real needs.

It’s about prioritizing users at every stage — from initial idea to launch and ongoing improvement.

Led by Luisa Miolano (@lmiolano), HCD Team has a clear mission:

 To foster a user-centric culture across Sorint.

In our daily work, both internally and with clients, we often encounter the challenge of deeply understanding user needs before diving into technical development.

The HCD Sircle was formed to ensure our solutions are intuitive, accessible, aligned with real user problems, offering consistent experiences , integrating human-centered principles into our processes so that user needs, feedback and voices truly drive our decisions.
