Best of S4S Sircle in 2023

The project was born within HackersGen from the need to maintain over time an increase the relationship with high schools with an IT address with an ultimate goal of being able to take advantage of the best Junior talents.
We therefore contacted the professors registered on the platform proposing orientation meetings with last year students students and the most talented second last year students.
In these meetings we present the company and how we operate as to give an overview of the opportunities after graduation, and combine a technical moment (2-hour speech) on a topic agreed with the teachers. In addition, we have also organized courses/workshops/internships with selected groups.
These activities allowed us to get to know a very high number of students and to get deeply in touch with the representatives of the Institutes (Teachers and Headmasters) who then joined the other HackersGen initiatives (Summer Campus; Marilli Prize; HackersGen Event).
Here are some figures from the HackersGen Universe to date:
Platform:
- 5,000 students enrolled
- of 40 schools enrolled
- of 15 on-demand courses available
On-site activities:
- 24 schools visited on-site
- 10 different technological areas covered
- 22 colleagues involved in activities
Specific projects:
- 4 classes on summer campuses with about 50 participants
- 75 Projects entered for the Marilli Prize with more than 180 students involved
- 1000 students at the Hackersgen Event
All this has led to as many as 40 new colleagues joining the company over the past year, who we had met during HackersGen activities and were able to pass the selection process once they had completed their studies.

Il progetto nasce all'interno di HackersGen dall'esigenza di mantenere nel tempo ed incrementare il rapporto con gli Istituti superiori a Indirizzo informatico, con l'obiettivo finale di potersi avvalere dei migliori talenti Junior.
Abbiamo quindi contattato i professori iscritti alla piattaforma, proponendo degli incontri di orientamento con gli studenti di V e ai più talentuosi della IV.
In questi incontri presentiamo l'Azienda e come lavoriamo, diamo una panoramica delle opportunità nel dopo-diploma ed associamo un momento tecnico (speech di 2 ore) su un argomento concordato con i docenti. Inoltre, con alcuni selezionati gruppi abbiamo anche organizzato corsi/laboratori/stage (tirocini).
Queste attività ci hanno permesso di conoscere un numero altissimo di studenti e di entrare profondamente in contatto con i rappresentanti degli Istituti (Docenti e Dirigenti) che hanno poi contestualmente aderito alle altre iniziative di HackersGen (Campus Estivi; Premio Marilli; HackersGen Event).

Tutto ciò ha portato nell’ultimo anno all’inserimento in azienda di ben 40 nuovi colleghi, conosciuti nel corso delle attività HackersGen e capaci di superare il processo di selezione una volta conclusi gli studi.
