Eco Pegasus: Un Anniversario di Crescita e Sfide
Con immenso entusiasmo celebriamo l'anniversario di Eco Pegasus, il primo progetto Eco nato all'interno del NGMS! Il 16 gennaio 2023 alle ore 14:00 ha segnato l'inizio di un percorso straordinario che oggi guardiamo con orgoglio, quanto il nostro team sia cresciuto.
Da quel momento, l'impegno costante ci ha portato a nuove vette, e siamo entusiasti di condividere alcune delle ultime realizzazioni. Un segnale chiaro del nostro progresso è l'acquisizione della commessa per la gestione dei componenti hardware per un nostro importante cliente. Questa opportunità ha richiesto la massima esaustività, soprattutto quando si tratta di fornire supporto su tecnologie complesse che prima ad ora non gestivamo.
Ma non ci fermiamo qui!! Siamo attivamente impegnati su un altro cliente, gestendo le richieste di supporto di secondo livello nei settori dei Database, Storage, Backup e Unix. La chiave del nostro successo risiede nella programmazione di call settimanali per allineare le attività svolte dal cliente e affrontare richieste specifiche di supporto. Di recente, abbiamo anche organizzato una 'War Room' per gestire una problematica legata al supporto Windows. Quest'area, al di fuori del nostro perimetro, è stata affrontata con successo grazie la collaborazione del Sircle Execution, risolvendo un problema che affliggeva il cliente da un anno e che nessun altro fornitore era riuscito a risolvere.
La nostra crescita non si limita alle specifiche mansioni del nostro ruolo. Ogni membro del team è ora un SRE. Ciascun membro si sta inserendo nel mondo operativo, acquisendo nuove competenze di gestione riguardo agli allarmi di primo livello su diverse tecnologie in modo full, e affrontando attività di progetto e tuning collaborando con il Sircle DAS
In conclusione, ci sono sfide, punti "critici" e "difficili" da affrontare, che con un gruppo coeso ed un impegno constate si raggiungeranno gli obiettivi prestabiliti dal NGMS.

Eco Pegasus: An Anniversary of Growth and Challenges
It is with great enthusiasm that we are celebrating ECO PEGASUS ANNIVERSARY the first Eco project born within the NGMS! The 16th of January 2023 at 14:00 marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey to which we now look back on with pride and to how much our team has grown since then. Since then, the constant effort has taken us to new heights. We are excited to be able to share with you some of our latest achievements. A clear sign of our progress is a hardware management order acquisition from one of our major customers. This opportunity demanded the utmost thoroughness, especially when it comes to providing support on complex technologies that we had not handled before.
But we didn’t stop there! We are actively engaged with another client handling second-level support requests in the Databases areas, Storage, Backup, and Unix. The key to our success lies in scheduling weekly calls to align customer activities and address specific support requests.
Recently, we also organized a 'War Room' to handle a Windows support issue. This area outside our usual scope of operations was successfully addressed. Resolving a problem that had been plaguing the customer for a year and which no other supplier had ever been able to solve thanks to the collaboration of sircle Execution Our growth is not limited to the specific tasks of our role. Every team member is now an SRE. Each member is entering the operational world, acquiring new management skills regarding first level alarms on different technologies in a full way, and tackling project and tuning activities by collaborating with the Sircle DAS team
In conclusion there are many challenges, 'critical' and 'difficult' points to be tackled which with a cohesive team and a determined effort the goals set by the NGMS will be achieved. We will continue to grow adapting and overcoming every difficulty with passion, assiduity, and our dedication to excellence.
