SORINT Turns 40

SORINT Turns 40

Forty years don’t happen by accident.

It’s built by late nights debugging code, early mornings brainstorming solutions, and every single time someone says, “Hey, I’ve got an idea.”

It’s the developers, the designers, the support team, the folks in the break room sharing a coffee and a laugh. It’s the way we show up, day after day, bringing our whole selves to the table - tattoos, wild outfits, quiet quirks, and all.

At SORINT, respect isn’t a buzzword; it’s the backbone. Whether you’re coding the next big thing, answering a support call, or just snapping pics like I used to, you’re part of the story. No matter your background, your style, or your story, you’ve got a place here. That’s what I saw on stage, in the crowd, and in every photo I’ve ever taken saturday. It's us, unfiltered and united.

This year, I had the opportunity to see it from a new angle. Helping pull the music together meant chats with colleagues, debating about the best timeline. And playing on stage meant feeling the heartbeat of the company in real time - the cheers, the clapping, the way everyone just was moving. And sure, the party was a blast, but it’s the behind-the-scenes stuff that sticks with me. It’s the same stuff that’s been happening for 40 years: people pitching in, jumping ahead, and being part of it.
