Last March a wonderful initiative called Virtual Office started .
The Virtual Office is a weekly appointment (usually held on Wednesdays ) where we offer the possibility for any SORINTian "to visit us virtually" since it is impossible to see us eveyone in person.
What happens during the Virtual Office?
Through our ShowIn channel, our Global Academia team welcomes any colleague who has the urge or the need to meet with with us and clarify any doubts or questions about training .
It is an appointment that allows us to get closer and have a more direct relationship with each other. It is very useful especially for new SORINTian, who in those 30 minutes ( from 2:00 to 2:30 ) can find all the support they need and clarify any uncertainties, which can be many having just join SORINT!
We are proud to offer this initiative that has been quite successful from the start among both colleagues in Italy and abroad. In the spirit of the " Going global journey", we invite you to join!

Lo scorso marzo è partita una bellissima iniziativa chiamata Virtual Office.
Si tratta di un appuntamento settimanale (di solito il mercoledì) in cui offriamo la possibilità a qualsiasi SORINTiano di "venirci a trovare" virtualmente, visto che è impossibile vederci tutti di persona.
Cosa succede durante il Virtual Office?
Attraverso il canale interno ShowIn, il nostro team Global Academia accoglie tutti i colleghi che hanno l'esigenza o la necessità di incontrarci e chiarire eventuali dubbi o domande sulla formazione.
È un appuntamento che ci permette di avvicinarci e di avere un rapporto più diretto con gli altri. È molto utile soprattutto per i nuovi SORINTians, che in quei 30 minuti (dalle 14.00 alle 14.30) possono trovare tutto il supporto di cui hanno bisogno e chiarire eventuali incertezze. Che possono essere tante appena entrati in SORINT!
Siamo orgogliosi di proporre questa iniziativa che ha riscosso fin dall'inizio un buon successo sia tra i colleghi in Italia che all'estero. Nello spirito del "Going global journey", vi invitiamo a partecipare!
